We live in a time where we have lost, to a large extent,
the reality of understanding the Hedge of God.
God places a hedge of protection around the believer. This protective Hedge is a covenant right to all who walk blameless in practical righteousness before the Lord God.
Sin and rebellion cause your hedge to be broken. Blindness and lack of discernment prevent people from obeying His instruction. The lack of knowledge is causing this protection hedge to be broken. So how can we make sure that our Hedge is secure?

We read in Job 1:10 that Satan acknowledges that God has a protective hedge all around the righteous. The hedge protects not only themselves but all that they have, including their descendants. This speaks of God’s grace upon a man and his family that walks in righteousness before the Lord.
As there are elements to strengthen the hedge of God’s protection, so there are elements to weaken and to break the hedge of God in our lives and communities.
THE LACK OR REJECTION OF PRESENT-DAY TRUTH BREAKS THE HEDGE:
God has it against His people, as they are taking counsel from others but not from God Himself. This counsel could be audio or written; it could be formal or informal.
THE LACK OF THE CITY CHURCH IN THE CITY IS BREAKING THE HEDGE
The risen true body of Christ as the hedge in the city makes it a safe and godly city.
Without the City Church, or the body of Christ in the City, there can be no safe city and as a result no protection. The hedge around the city will be broken.
LACKING THE WINESKIN OF FATHERS AND SONS BREAKS THE HEDGE
The wineskin of Father and Son is a protected Hedge around the son. Without this, the hedge of the son will be broken, leaving him vulnerable.
