Herman Bouwer is a South African resident and were born in Middelburg in the Cape Province in 1958. He grew up in Pretoria in a Christian Family. He matriculated at Colesberg High School and thereafter joined the South African Police Service.
He got radically saved in 1979 and was called by God into the Ministry. His calling from God came through 2 Tim 5:4 and Isaiah 61.
He got married in 1985 to his wife Renette, who is united with him in the Ministry and Calling that God has given to them as a wife and husband team. They were blessed with two children, a daughter Rolanda in 1991 and a boy Werner in 1994. Renette has the very same calling and anointing upon her life as Herman and absolutely and completely supports and compliments Herman’s ministry. God mightily uses this combination as husband and wife team in ministry to the Body of Christ.
Herman and Renette are the founders and Executive Directors of the 777th Precinct Ministry and since 1986. Herman and Renette run this Ministry full time. Herman left the SAPS in 1999. He was affiliated to the IFCC as a lay preacher in South Africa until such time that the IFCC focus changed to churches and no longer included ministries. Renette is a qualified and registered Social Worker and is currently working with Herman in the ministry.
His calling and anointing lies in the prophetic teaching of the Word of God, to the Body of Christ. Renette supports and compliments Herman in this ministry. She is used powerfully by God in ministry in teaching people to live life after the spirit and not to indulge the soul dimension.
They conduct Schools of Reformation on a weekly and monthly basis in towns and cities as God directs and guides them. They also host a weekly Apostolic Forum and dialogue for pastors and leaders in the city of Tshwane. The Household of Grace also meets weekly on a Sunday at 10:00am.
Their passion is to walk in obedience and humility before their God and serve the Body of Christ. Their calling is to train people in the Kingdom of God in order to establish biblical households of grace built on the model of the New Testament Households. They do this through the process of establishing ABC Word Schools both nationally and internationally.
They are serious in launching and training sons to go into the nations and plant households.

The 777th Precinct Ministry and Kingdom Resource Centre is an autonomous ministry led by Herman and Renette Bouwer. Our ministry is apostolic and organic in nature. Our offices and base church are situated in Pretoria. The Kingdom message is spread from there locally and trans-locally.
We submit to the leadership and oversight of Gerda Pillay (The Apostolic Life Community). The Apostolic Life Community is an Apostolic Resource Centre to leaders in the Body of Christ, and is in covenant with Dr. S Y Govender (ABC Ministries).
